We are a large independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers in the Teesside area. Waltons Clark Whitehill has five directors and around forty team members, spanning a firm of chartered accountants and business advisers and an associated IT support business.  We also share office space with an IFA business with whom we work closely.

We pride ourselves on promoting our friendly, approachable and professional style as business directors, building strong and long-term relationships. Our people enjoy working in a team environment with full support for training and development needs.

We have recently moved to purpose-built, state of the art offices on the Marina in Hartlepool.  Our visitors have ample car parking and access our building through a shared entrance via an intercom system. Our own reception area is on the ground floor and leads to a suite of meeting and conference rooms. The team working areas are spread over two "wings" on the first floor.

As a firm, we take recruitment seriously. The most important qualities in any team member are being part of our Core Purpose and applying our Core Values in their everyday working life.

Our firm operates a Personal Development Process where sessions are carried out with the individual and their manager every two months, the purpose is that the individual team member is able to be in control of their development. We therefore are looking for someone who keen to learn and are able to carry out and keep to deadlines that they set themselves.
